No stress Squat Day. Bradfords inching up.
Why do curls? Since they became a regular
thing for me, my triceps strength has also gone up.
I can't wait to destroy my shirted 4-Board PR this week.
Big PR coming.
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".

So wait....70x40?!
You literally did 40 reps with 70, thats beyond HST thats just amazing. I'm gonna try a 3 board pr Monday and see if I can put a 4 in front of my pr record or at least in the high 300's.
