A little about me

I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".

T-Bone Strength 11-10-07

Night of the Dead T-bone

On a cold, dark night at the Casino Gym, T-bone did deads

Deadlifts:6x3x405 no belt, no straps, just chalk and rip!
RDL:3x5x315
Double Underhand Pulldowns:3x8xStack on Machine
Muscle Snatch:5 singles with 135

Great solid heavy workout. 405 was really easy, with no belt! My goal is to pull 500+without a belt in the near future and have a really freaky 7 plate dead by the end of 08. Goal is 6 plates right now and I have a great mini cycle going right now and I should have at least a 20lb increase by the end of it, at least thats my goal. I'll be doing some big weights in 08, as will Big Steve, you just watch!

Big T,

I agree on deloading. I use it to do some speed work and a bunch of push-ups.

But since you mention it, I will go for a big triple Wednesday on 1-boards.

Want to go to the WABDL on Friday - Saturday in Anaheim? I have a class on Friday till 4pm but afterwards...?
