(Had to cut it abit short)
My setup was better tonight. When it came time to
strain on the 405 I just wasn't there. I'll do a deload thing,
do a couple of DE/RE type workouts. Nothing close to heavy,
or full range. Really hammer tris and lats.
The Katana is amazing BTW. Heavy Heavy duty.
I need to do boards with it right away.
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".
Feel free to follow along on the adventure...

Sweet stuff on the Katana! I hope it fits well. Competition fit? If you need help putting it on let me know. I'd sure like to do a straight up bench day with you sometime. I got my camera up and running and filming set up and bar path would be essential to get the most out of our new shirts. Let me know what you think. Again congrats on getting your new Katana!
