Competition Squats: Worked up to 405 for 8 sets of 2 all super easy!
And yeah thats all I did on Wednesday! After pushing a golf cart from my old shop to pebbly beach that was enough GPP!

Happy Good Friday!
Speed Bench: 8 sets of 3 with 225, 4 singles with 315 all went up really fast!
Pushdowns: 3 sets of 12
PecDec Prehab Work: 2 sets of 20
Lateral Shoulder Raises: 3 sets of 12
Feeling fairly confident in my strength going into State. Cant wait to get back on the platform!
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".
