Heavy and difficult. I'm pretty proud of the 20 pound increase in my floor press which I didn't undercut at all this time around. My triceps are getting stronger, my chest is getting stronger as am I overall. Solid workout. My grip on the Floor Press grip I used my index finger on the power rings. Gotta get stronger and next Monday I have a couple experiments I want to try. Solid workout, solid results, I should be good for I hope 475 at this meet I hope. We'll see though, thats why we step on the platform!
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".
Feel free to follow along on the adventure...
