Put on Katana 50: 4-Board 365x1 easy, 415x0 stapled.
Raw Bench Press: 215x8*
4-Board / Straight-Weight: 275x10*

30x8, 35x8 3 Sets

30x6, 35x6, 40x6, 45x6
PRs are always good. Lockout strength continues
to improve. Raw power going up. Looking
forward to new straight-weight PRs with all the
boards soon. Switching to small (Blue) bands next
workout. Should be around 300lbs total tension as
opposed to maybe 180-190 with the super-minis.
I crave A-Tension! It's Bench'in!
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".
