Seated Mil Press

Pull-Downs
100x10, 150x10
I soaked the new shirt down in the arm seams
and chest plate. I left it intentionally loose, not
jacked at all. Tied my 4-Board PR fairly easy. Went
down to 3-Boards and got a 20lb PR. Still not as much
pop off the chest as I hoped but I kept it really loose,
riding high on my neck. The Raw Bench Press PR is
kind of amazing as I was a 21year old when I did 275
in my garage. 285 went up pretty easy. Looking for
300+ before years end.
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".
Feel free to follow along on the adventure...

The thing with the Katana A/S is that you need to really bring the shirt down a lot. You need to get it somewhat jacked in order to get a big pop. As with all shirts, if its loose, you'll get little to no pop. I'll be on the island this weekend, if you wanna train that'd be freakin sweet. I'll jack that shirt up like crazy and let you get a big pr. Sweet work on the raw pr. 300 will be yours bro!
