Big T wanted to do something a little different.
Raw Reverse Band 2&3 Board Presses.
Bar, Add reverse Green (Woodys) Bands:
225x5, 315x3, 335x2, Add 3-Board: 405x1*
Go to 2-Board: 405x0, 335x7 pause long
enough to take off 20lbs, 315x3.
Face Pulls
100x15 4 Sets
Rolling Extentions
30x10, 65x6x6*
Lots of fun. Tony displayed lots of power
as always. I'm going to deload from pressing
movements until next Monday - take a shot
at a raw 300.
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".
