Nice PR on raw reverse-bands. Sleep
becoming a real problem. Like not
getting any. Elbow pain stopped me
on last set of JMs, didn't do the tates
at all. The one-arm tates were the cause
I think, so they're out. Progress good
despite these ob-stack-ulles.
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".

Perhaps its time you invest in Ambien. Also look into getting Melatonin. Both are great at resetting your circadian rhythms which will allow you to sleep better. Plus limit your caffeine intake during the day to about half of what it normally is. A problem could be that you have Caffeine poisoning which causes your stomach to make all kinds of weird noises, disrupts sleep patterns, not to mention affects your appetite. Look up Ambien and Melatonin. Let me know if you have any specific questions about sleep!
