A little about me

I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".

I really think you need to do some more rear delt work. Your lats are getting there and your triceps are getting there but your delts are really lacking. I really think they are your key to getting 300 raw. Also maybe some more straight chest accessories dare I say it. Your really improving and I'm fairly confident 400 will fall for you soon, but you also will 300 raw. Some high rep pull aparts and some Panora swings and raises should do the trick. Great work otherwise!!! I'll be back on the island the 9th so we can get some hardcore benching in! Especially after I become a legit 500 bencher Saturday!
