Hey, I'm sore damn it!
A long work week+lack of sleep+heavy training= a lot of bitching and moaning!
However, I do believe we will be significantly stronger after this cycle is over. I'm looking forward to the deload week and also to getting back into our shirts to see what we can do. I bet we surprise ourselves :)
Agreed
On the subject of the total volume being substantially less, I think it was good for me overall. I was extremely tired from a long work week and it was a nice break. None of the weights on the JM Press were extremely difficult, and I think I'll close in on a 300lb straight weight JM fairly soon. I'm not too worried about it, I'll make up for it this week with some sick numbers.
Also your juno account hates gmail and thats all there is too it. I'm bringing in a printed copy of the e-mail on Thursday along with our new wrist wraps! 3 ply celery!
Volume isn't the end-all be-all BUT I think in the long run we'd be better off being more disciplined with the 10x3 and not ramping up. Otherwise it's just a semi-westside thing.. Maybe program in a 5% bump in volume every time. Imagine what that would add up to long term!!
