Weird Workout. We must are
gonna smash weights at state cause
we (mostly me) stumbled through
openers. I brought 385 to my
belly-button, drug it back into the
shirt and felt a twinge in my left shoulder.
Tried it again and shut it down when
I felt the shoulder again. 405 to a 2-board
wasn't as bad and I made it but still too
low. Tony looked good though the touch
with 585 was tough and hit the j-hooks
just before lockout. 600 to a 2-board looked
sweet. Shutin it down and we'll do just fine
at state.
