Great training Steve. Very much looking forward to having big weights in my hands next week. Also, remind me to bring a spray bottle to loosen up your shirt fibers so that you can touch easier. We'll play around with your shirt as well as mine so we can touch. I think we should concentrate on lowering the weights over a period of time and try to not do it all in one workout. Perhaps stick to two different boards (3 and 2, 2 and 1, etc) and gradually work our way down to our openers. What do you think?
