Great session! My back held up great and I switched how I did the dumbbell rows. I went back to using a bench for support and man I hit my lats hard! Felt great. I literally feel my back growing as we speak. I'll be resting this weekend and going back at it next week. I'll go for something decent to a 2-board and something heavier than 615 to a 3 board. 600 is going to get destroyed on October 10th!
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".
