Kept it short and quick today. Very surprised by the alternating Db bench with the fat grips. I was shaking holding 60lb dumbbells and I honestly couldn't believe it. I may have found a weakness in the big armor I have. Gotta strengthen it. Going to do these until I hit 100's easily.
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".

Try this with ur slingshot...
After warmup:
1)Repout against dbl minis
short rest
2)Repout with straight-weight
short rest
3)Repout with reverse M-minis
Look for 8-10 reps each set. For fun do light push-downs or rolling-extensions between sets...
