Great day for everyone. Tony's
705 looked easy. My 545 was a
grinder but I'll take it. Scotty's looking
stronger everyday. Going to and from
Haiti all the time to save the world kinda
puts his training off a bit but thats why
we love him.

That was an ass kicker of a workout. It was great to see you grind out a big weight. Its a big sign of things to come. I'm really glad I made 705 easily but I couldn't of done it without your help. Now all we gotta do is work the big weights down the boards. You'll get 501 sooner than you think my friend :)
