off day but I'll get there. Scotty is making
progress and Dann showed up. Excellent.

I'm the large one now? I've dropped weight and I'm still the fatty around town...eh oh well!
Your biggest thing is your confidence. You let yourself get defeated way too quickly and if your defeated mentally, physically you wont be able to push up the big weights. When you really concentrated on getting up on your traps, weights went up like a joke, when you didn't, you missed. Gotta concentrate on technique as well as not letting yourself get beaten.
