First training day on the deadlift. I
have set a goal of competing in a push-
pull meet next year. I'm watching
deadlift technique videos at Elitefts
and I'll find others. I am pulling in
the conventional style, feet close and
angled out with a hook grip. I tried to
do standing abs with a band but felt
nothing. Looking for a strong ab movement.
