I have unfinished business...
Upon serious reflection this weekend, I've decided that the 700lb barrier as well as an elite total needs to fall. So I'm going to train like a 3 lift guy for the time being. Going to use a westside template as follows:
Monday: ME Squat and Deadlift
Wednesday: ME BENCH
Friday: DE Squat and Deadlift
Saturday: DE BENCH
I'm also going to continue to diet down as dieting down is really important to me. I feel I can be one of the best powerlifters in the world if I go down in bodyweight to around 242-275 and could really contend at the big meets. I will be training raw for quite sometime, but I will pick a meet, and do a 3 lift meet and also become a bench only guy and get that 700 bench, whether it be single or multiply.

A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".
