Ramblings
I've finally got it in my head I do not always need to max out during every training session. In fact, my numbers have improved by using sets and reps in the 3 sets of 2 range instead of heavy singles till I miss. Also, not going after big numbers on shirted high-boards has helped. 90% of my training has been raw and either full-range or low boards. I do rotate in reverse-band benches on Max Effort Day and a raw high-board "finisher" after the M.E. movements for lockout strength. I've also started using some aspects of Boring But Big (5x10). More like Brutal But Big but whatever, its working. Going to try a pretty tight F-6 Thursday, working down to at least a 1-Board. I will decide then if I'm going to compete in the loose Katana or OMG F-6. This I call fun.
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".
Feel free to follow along on the adventure...

Another aspect of your training that I know is having carry over is your leg and lower back training. The amount of leg drive you have gained is more than noticeable just on your numbers alone. You just put up 295x3 where before hand you would have done 295x1 before cramping. Continue to do what you are doing and you'll get your 450+shirted bench soon.
