Man, I missed it, I really did. Nothing felt heavy and everything was easy. Going to ease my way back in and get on my routine here shortly. I'll train raw for a few weeks before I throw my shirt on. Going to go with a Metal Militia style training with my shirt and do some full range benches for reps in my shirt. Gonna do this for a little while to build my core strength up before I get 500 raw and 700 shirted out of the way. Feels great to be back!
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".
