Again, nothing special. Weights were stupid easy. Just getting back into shape for the torture to come.
A little about me
I'm a bench only lifter. 56 years old, 275 class. I competed in OL as a kid. Met alot of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. Great times but I enjoy being back on the platform instead of just remembering the old days. I have fun but there are serious goals to meet. Feel free to follow along on the adventure...
