So another short session. Here's the
deal. I have had us pounding the same
main movement on Accessory Day.
I wanted to know how long gains would
continue. Scott and the mysterious "Q"
started to plateau about 2 weeks ago and
and I'm probably stalled too. Thats 10
accessory days hitting close-grip inclines. I gained
alot longer than I thought I would, going from 175x6
to 200x7 and a single with 250. Yes, it's time to change
up but it's been good. I'll program changes a little less
frequently than I have in the past.
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".
