Scott hit a milestone with 300. It
has been such a pleasure to watch
his steady progress. I am ready to
hit my opener (425) 10-weeks out.
Never been in this situation before.
A little about me
I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".

First off, congrats to Scott for joining the 300 club. Awesome to join such a prestigious and exclusive club.
Second, Steve. Your 10 weeks out! 425 shouldn't be an opener. You could get so much stronger in 10 weeks. 200kgs shouldn't even be the goal right now. 210-220 at least. Its more than possible!
