A little about me

I have competed in both Olympic Weightlifting and Bench-Only Lifting. I competed in Olympic Lifting as a kid. Best lifts of 255 Olympic Press, 225 Snatch, 255 Clean & Jerk. I met many of the great lifters and coaches from the 60's and 70's. After a 20-year break to serve my country I started lifting regularly again and competing in Bench-Only. Best Lift: 419lbs "equipped".

Abs

My strength is back and better than ever. I'll say, holding 785 was a total f**k me moment. Had 800+ in the tank, decided to shut it down so I have somewhere to go. Used blue bands the gym had. Super Katana was extremely tight on me, will take sometime to get the weight down to my chest again. Raw bench is probably 465+ if I had to take a guess. Feel great. Plan on going straight weight next week. Hoping for a 700 single ply bench.
